General Terms

365aci (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service provider operating in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 365aci website, mobile app, and all related services.

By registering on this Platform or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 365aci.

Eligibility

• Each person may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. 365aci will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from sharing your password with others.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

365aci adheres to international anti-money laundering policies. We may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving license when processing withdrawals or for transactions above certain thresholds. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the KYC process is completed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

365aci supports all major mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
• No additional fees are charged on deposits. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from an account in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

365aci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, detailed on the offer page. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (typically 20–30x the bonus amount) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Each bonus must be used within a specified period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• An offer can be used once: Each bonus offer is available once per person. Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or devices is strictly prohibited.
• Game restrictions: Some bonuses apply only to specific games. Not all games can be played using bonus funds.
• Maximum Win Limit: Some bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal limit on bonus winnings, which will be stated in the offer details.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets and playing games on 365aci:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.

• 365aci reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.

• If your internet connection drops, the outcome of any bet in progress will be saved on our servers.

• Deposit limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.

Account Suspension & Closure

365aci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Attempting to hack, manipulate software, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Being under 18 or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Suspected money laundering or illegal activity.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though it may be held pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. The support team will generally endeavour to provide a resolution within 24 hours.

• If a complaint submitted to support is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to a third-party mediator.
• In any dispute relating to game outcomes, server logs will serve as the final and definitive evidence.
• Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.
